Had an extra chuck roast from a two pack I bought. Momma wanted to beef and noodles, I figured an extra chuckie is always a good thing. Then she started talking about smoked pulled beef tacos. So I took the extra chuckie put some lime juice on it, cilantro and some spices. Off to the smoker it went. At about 165 I covered and added pineapple slices over the top. Not sure how it will turn out but I'm very curious. Trying to figure out how to get the pictures up (I know how to this phone is just dumb though). Hopefully shortly.
