Had an extra chuck roast from a two pack I bought. Momma wanted to beef and noodles, I figured an extra chuckie is always a good thing. Then she started talking about smoked pulled beef tacos. So I took the extra chuckie put some lime juice on it, cilantro and some spices. Off to the smoker it went. At about 165 I covered and added pineapple slices over the top. Not sure how it will turn out but I'm very curious. Trying to figure out how to get the pictures up (I know how to this phone is just dumb though). Hopefully shortly.

We were planning to do pulled beef tacos and then suddenly she was cutting up a pineapple. Anyone else out there just go, I wonder...??? That's all this was. No plan but hopefully it's decent. Here is a picture straight off for the rest time.

Momma approved. Pineapple didn't seem to do much much. Maybe I should have used the juice with lime to help the seasoning stick???

Momma put some beans and tomatoes and jalapenos in with it. This is a picture of her plate. She says best tacos she's ever had. They are good but I think she's making me feel good.
