I have them on now but will have to wait until tomorrow to enjoy for the game. KC fan also doing ribs tomorrow for a family feast before the game. Great weather in the middle of Kansas for this time of year. Can't wait to run the smoker a couple of days straight then root on the Chiefs! Notice last pic! It's one of the shelves of my stand for the WSM! Other is St. Louis Cardinals and the bottom shelf is KU Jayhawks.
oh those stubborn Chuckies. The second Tom quite a bit longer than the first. I cubed them and put a little rub on. Into the fridge for overnight. Will add the bbq sauce and put in the crockpot on game day.
