My mother is asking me what i want for Christmas. I have to give her something. I'm thinking around about a hundred bucks. I just don't know. I have a Pit Boss and a Weber i use a lot. I got the rotisserie last year for the Weber but, I got nothing this year. I have plenty of thermometers. Enablers... one hundred give or take and I'm looking for options. I know yall got ideas. Thank you in advance.
Edit: I'm mid forties and father of one as many of you know. I don't think about me.

Do you like to griddle, like a Blackstone griddle? I know they make griddle inserts for Webers. I made one before I bought my Blackstone. Worked good.

Forgot to mention i do have a blackstone from father's day a few years ago.

Pizza stone for the Weber? We bought a Lodge cast iron pizza pan and have had a blast making pizza on our Weber….

I like the sound of the cast iron. Got a pellet pizza oven s while back but never used it. Just too small.

We got ours at Bass Pro for about $40. 15 inch pan, good size.

I am going to say a Vac Sealer if you don’t have one, I use mine a lot and they are so handy for multiple things.

Things that get used up/worn out -- Wood chunks, sauces, rubs, cotton glove liners with nitrile gloves, high heat gloves, butcher paper, etc.

This is a huge challenge as we get older. We've pretty much collected the toys we want and don't really "need" anything else.

But....mother are mothers. It sounds like you have the cooking tools under control. How about something for the cooking environment. A patio umbrella, staging table, etc. Of course you need to look the part, so perhaps some clothing. You know.......the gaudy stuff you only wear around family and friends.

Or, perhaps you say "mom, I'd really just like to spend a night out at dinner with the family and you".

So true, every year I get asked what I want...and I already bought what I wanted. I tried asking the family to make donations to a list of charities I checked out first. They still bought me stuff.
