christmas came early here. got my new masterbuilt 30 electric with window. i guess they want me to practice for the holidays. so i set it up with whole family watching. i got side tracked for awhile then went back to it. tell wife and kids i am going to season it. so i plug it in and start to set heat. when my 7 year old starts to open the door. i say hey leave it shut you will let heat out. he looks at me funny then says but dad the remote is inside. glad he was there. of course he is the one that hid it in there so his brother could not have it. so far so good 2 basic chicken dinners so far. both good. now to start trying some of the awsome sounding receipes on here. cant wait. have a good christmas everyone.
