So after

posted the thread on the white castle sliders thats all ive been thinking about. So dinner last night was sliders. And as much as i love white castle i had something else in mind. My wife and i really like red Robin and my favorite burger they have by far is the banzai burger. Its a teriyaki glazed patty topped with cheader cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and a ring of grilled pineapple. So i decided to make one in slider form. Heres the burger build.....
First i sliced some roma tomato and salt and peppered them...i always salt and pepper my tomatoes
Then some sharp cheddar and sharp white cheddar cheeses
Here are the rest of the toppings
Then i assembled the burgers 3 for me 2 for the wife. She opted for lettuce tomatoes mayo and pickle. Mine are the banzai burgers with the addition of a few jalapenos.
Now for the burgers. I did mine in the big cast iron.....i dont have a flat top yet......key word..yet!
Then topped with the cheese and covered to melt
Then placed on the bun and ready to eat!
We also had corn on the cob and some krinkle cut fries along with them but i didnt take any pictures of that stuff. I was too busy stuffing my face with slider goodness! These really hit the spot last night! Thanks
