Got a small bone in 8lb butt getting prepped for tomorrow.

Doing a rub down with some cholula and some meat church Dia de la Fajita Seasoning.

Going in the Bronco tomorrow morning.

Rubbed with cholula and meat church this morning.
Let it rest for 30 mins while the smoker is getting to temp.

Just took temp. IT is 135*. Going to take to 170 and wrap it.
