Chipotle is adding a new meat to its menu

Chipotle is adding smoked brisket to its menus nationwide following a successful test conducted last year.

I guess we can all retire from smoking brisket since Chipotle on it.

"Chipotle described the brisket as "smoked to perfect tenderness" and seasoned with a blend of spices and a Mexican pepper sauce. It's also topped with a new sauce made with smoked chili peppers. The company said it took two years to develop a recipe that's "uniquely Chipotle.""

Yup, been doing that for years, and Chipotle has lost a lot of tread. Nothin new under the sun,,,, son.

I've only been to a Chipotle twice and wasn't impressed either time.
Seems like all that pepper sauce and stuff would kill the flavor of good brisket. Just me.
