Friggin amazing
I bounced from smoke for 30 min or so, up to 375 for 15/20 min, back to smoke 10 min, high for 15 minutes
Inside stuffing cooked perfect, peppers cooked perfect, have that perfect crunch. I don't do mush veggies

The non battered was different, for my 1st attempt cooking I'm definitely pleased how they came out
