This the chicken I did using a coffee cup.. I didn't get a chance to take a pic until after it was cut up.. there is a side of grilled peaches with brown sugar on them also.

I used a coffee mug instead of a beer can... You get the same result as far as taste and tenderness. Aluminum isn't healthy for you or your brain. If I remember correctly..

Maybe the hops and grain counter act the aluminum. If not the alcohol I imbibe during the cook, kills off any new germs trying to into the system.

Time for some more medicine....
