Ive never tried to make chicken wings on my blackstone. Not sure why, I guess its just something Ive never thought of doing. Have any of you and if so, do you mind posting up your cook process and your favorite recipe?

I guess you could, but I would rather do them on the kettle with a vortex or inside in the Ninja.

I’ve made them while camping. Dry wings really good. Coat in a light coating of olive oil, season and toss to mix really good. Run your griddle around medium. Dump on griddle. Flip as they start to turn golden. If you want to sauce remove from griddle when they are about 85-90% done. Toss in sauce and then back onto the griddle to finish.
