Been smoking a while but never tried 2 different meats at once. I have a slab of country style ribs and a pack of chicken thighs. I know the ribs go over the chicken on the racks. Should I start the ribs first then add chicken after a few hours? Thanks in advance this my first post sorry if it's in the wrong spot.

What temp you plan on smoking at?
@ 300 chicken thighs takes only about an hour on my smoker.
So you do your ribs as usual and then add your chicken.
