Wife bought some chicken legs for .79 a pound. coated with olive oil and some rub then onto the Traeger for 30 mins on smoke and then another hour at 350. First pic is before they went on, Second is after smoke, Third is the finished product with a little bbq brushed on the last 20 mins. They were fall off the bone and super juicy. I pulled them off at about 180. Enjoy!

That is some might fine looking chicken! Bet they didn't last long, they certainly wouldn't at my house.

Looks like some nice Bird! Many cook legs to 165-170 but I have been going to 180 on giant leg quarters we have been getting and enjoy the juicy fall off the bone texture...JJ
