Waiting when is dinner planned.

hour and a half maybe waiting to get smoke down then gonna put legs on then about 20 mins later put asparagus on. Gonna try and smoke at grill temp of 180 to 135 internal then turn it up brush with sauce and grill em to 155 then rest maybe? Thinking carry over will bump em to 165.

just looking for a bit of smoke then crisp skin so why I wanna slow cook a bit then grilll em I am gonna jack up the heat at end so...

Up to now though you're just teasing us :emoji_laughing: I'm hanging on for this ride to the end. Can't wait to see what your finished meal looks like....

Doin half the Kinders and half the Beam btw O.o lol woot. Asparagus on top rack now. U guys like those grates from Joe's? I seasoned em before I started cooking today.

@negolien just noticed you are in Sacramento! I spent about 4 years of my childhood there. and worked a summer in Davis while in college. Is Sudwerks still around? Spent many afternoons have a Marzen there a LONG time ago.

Happy to say half them little Indians and all the skin ended up somewhere else. MA BELLY!!!!! Came out perfect almost Asparagus little under cooked. Beam burned faster than the kinders..all of em are SPICEYYYY :<)
