Sorry not much Qview one of those days. I did about 20 chicken thighs, 2 whole chickens, and 1 turkey today. Brined the whole chickens and the turkey overnight and the thighs for 3.5 hours this morning. Used Jeff's rub and apple chips. Smoker temps were 300-325 I did the chicken first then when it finished put the bird in. Used the propane GOSM
Heres some of the thighs seems some were eaten for lunch some went with the son in law for lunch and some were already bagged and in the fridge.

Last but not least the turkey I'm gonna slice most of the breast thin for sandwiches and the rest will be dinner

Nice looking birds Jerry...Could eat some of those

Very impressive lookin' birds & bird parts. I love the look of the crispy skin on the whole chicken & the turkey.

Looks great Piney, and that's from a guy who doesn't care much for birds!

Looks great, I love chicken thighs and turkey, actually I am a turkey maniac and that bird looks mighty tasty to me.

Those look really good, Jerry. I think it's time for me to be smoking some more chicken.
