I have become a huge fan of Chef Jean-Pierre thanks to Keith, @indaswamp. He has decided to take a break from his video's. At least there is still plenty I have not seen yet!

I love his videos, his accent drives me insane, but the way he teaches is awesome.
I worked in our family restaurant for several years, just long enough to see that I didn't want to work that many hours a day and give up my nights and weekends. The man deserves his retirement, I'm sure he doesn't have to worry about money any longer. I hope he lives a long, happy life, doing exactly what he wants to do, "NOTHING"!!!

My wife asked me what I was going to do today... Told her "Nothing"... She said, "You did that yesterday" .. "I Know, I'm haven't finished it yet" I replied...

His way was the best way I've seen so far on dicing an "onyo". I watched a number of his other videos as well.

Haha, my wife knows better by now. I get stuff done still, but it's when I find it convenient for me. Which is normally between naps or playing my guitars.

I don't sleep like a normal person these days, I swear that I'm turning into my Father.
So I catch a nap when I need it, my wife knows this is and is normally pretty good about letting me sleep for a few hours, unless she wants me to go shopping with her.

Now, that's funny as heck! Since finishing radiation, I still mostly feel like doing nothing other than what I have to.
