Hi all,
Name here is Jon and I'm from Plymouth, MA.
Just finishing up a UDS and can't wait to get smoking. I'm new to smoking but been grilling a long time with charcoal. No gas here.
I've used the forum as a reference for my UDS and it's helped a lot. I've tried to keep it simple too. No ball valves, pipe nipples.
That's about it for now. I just thought I'd check in.
