I have been reading the boards, and newsletters here for some time and finally decided to join. Seems like a good place!
I have always loved bbq food and the last few years have been smoking\grilling with a friend from work. We have done a couple of KCBS comps and had a lot of fun. My main smoking expierence is with the competition meats: chicken, ribs, pork and brisket but I have done a few other things as well.
Looking forward to talking with everyone here and hope to learn to do more smoked\grilled foods well.
