Just wanted to say "hey" and a quick intro.

I'm brand new to smoking. While I've always thought about giving it a try, until a few months ago, I've always just been an innocent by stander. This past August, the town, which I am the webmaster for their city fair (The Cowden Pioneer Days), we decided to host a BBQ cook off. Needless to say I was hooked.

Fast forward a few months. I now have a small 30" Master uilt electric smoker residing on my back deck. While I have no intentions on competing, I do enjoy the fact I can smoke home.

Last night was my 1st smoke. 2 small pork tenderloins, 4 stuffed potatoes and a skewer of mushrooms. While it wouldn't have placed in a competition, my belly sure was happy. Still trying to figure out how to upload pics from my tablet...Sorry!
