Anybody else out there using Chargriller products?  Any suggestions, opinions or other input?  I have had my Chargriller DUO for over a year and love it.  The left side is the gas side, I use for quick grilling (chicken breasts, burgers, links, etc.).  The right hand side is the charcoal or wood side (using for the same things, chicken, burgers, etc) but adding the flavor of charcoal or wood to your meat.  But recently, I added the fire box they offer to the side of the charcoal chamber and have some great experiences even in the few short months I have had it.  I have made several runs of smoked cut up chickens, pork loins, burgers, and even smoked our turkey for Thanksgiving (about 8 hours at 225, turned out great.)
