chargriller pro smoker

i have have a char griller pro smoker with a side fire box. seems to work great. but does anyone have any tips or advise on how to make it even better.

Do a search here or Google Chargriller Mods. You will find lots of info. My best advice is to start with a couple of the basic mods -- charcoal basket & stack vent -- the do a few smokes to get a baseline & see what, if any, additional mods you may need.
