Charcoal Smoker Controller Complete

I have been working on simple controllers for electric and charcoal smokers and have finally gotten my charcoal smoker control unit done.

This is my pre-production prototype so it still looks a bit rough.

This unit will hold smoker temps to near 1 degree of accuracy to set-point.

DC output is 12VDC @ 2A

I will be using this to replace the ugly hack job of a controller I have been using.

I put this together for $60

Very nice work. Neat and tidy. Good job! There are things I can do and we'll but this is not one of them.
