Here's pictures of my newest build. I decided to set-up the fridge to run on charcoal because I want to be able to use it for KCBS competition. Let me know what you guys think.

I seasoned it last month and have cooked on it twice since. I decided not to insulate the inside because I wanted more cooking space and am very surprised at how well it holds temps. Did a 10lb butt last weekend and stayed between 270-300 the whole cook (8 hrs) with very little babysitting.
