Central Wisconsin
Hey guys,

After a lot of shopping around I settled on a Masterbuilt Pro Dual Fuel from Home Depot.  Ending up getting it for $120! Could hardly wait to get up north, cut some alder, head down to the river to catch some suckers.  If anyone has any advice to make this a better unit let me know.  I spent the weekend seasoning it, and getting used to the controls.  I already made a cast pan, and ordered a needle valve.  Well see this weekend how she runs.  Happy smoking.
