Central Wisconsin Smoker Noob

Hello everyone! 

I just purchased my first smoker. It is a Char-Griller Super Pro with a 29 inch barrel and the smoker box. 

I am a veteran (Dammittater was my nickname) from GA but move to Wisconsin after I left the Army to finish my education. I am now a Realtor and a wedding officiant on the side. 

I have never smoked meat as a hobby before but I grew up around it and I hope I pick up it up quickly. I look forward to the wealth of knowledge that this website has to offer.
