Central Florida Smokin

Q here in Central Florida.  I am fairly new to this smoking lifestyle but boy am I glad I started.  I've always been a griller until the wife bought me a Masterbuilt electric smoker.  Now I believe its been about four months since I fired up my grill.  I have a corned beef brisket soaking in water as we speak and will slap some rub on it in preparation for its date with MB in the am.  I look forward to having some fun and learning as much as possible here!!
