Cheap way to get Cedar. I use Cedar shingles and then save them for the fire pit.
Looks good. I got to remember to buy a cedar plank to cut up!
Looks delicious! I have never done the cedar plank thing with salmon. What exactly does the plank bring in as opposed to just smoking or grilling on the rack?
