The precook to this was last nights fajita’s.

Steak on the left chicken on the right onions and peppers in the skillet
Fired up the offset with some coals and hickory splits

A dollop of bacon grease into the skillet

Added a bag of frozen hash browns and waited until they started to brown up.

Next I added some leftover steak, chicken, peppers and onions with fajita seasoning

Then added leftover black beans and rice.

Topped with some cheese and left ride for 20 minutes

Added a dozen eggs and a few handfuls of shredded cheese.

Pulled and let rest for 10 minutes.

Wowza, humdinger of a meal. Strong work on repurposing as well. I feel Cast Iron inspired now.

It was a heavy, full skillet for sure. I ended up giving most of it to the neighbor lady and her children.

Looks hearty and filling! Liver and onion taco looks good! Can't remember the last time I had liver, I'd eat those tacos though.
 
Looks really good. I like the hash brown fajita meat egg skillet. Nice combo there. That takes the money for sure. Been doing some cast iron stuff here lately need to try that out for sure.
