I have 4 Jalapeno plants and they are producing WAY more pepers than i know what to do with. I am freezing some so that i can dry them in my dehydrator but i would also like to can some. I have never canned any type of pepper so i am a newbie at this. Does anyone have a good recipie for canned Jalapeno's... Thanks in advance for the help!!

Do you want to can pickled or unpickled peppers?

The methods are quite different.

Scarbelly,

Thanks for the thread!!! I will take a look at it...

Digging Dog,

I would want to can unpickled...  Not a fan of the pickled..

Frosty,

Now these look GOOD!!   I will be trying them for sure!   Thanks for the info..

The Cowboy Candy is great on burgers, deviled eggs, salad, poatato salad, anything that needs a boost.  Also, the extra liquid can be canned as well and used later. We like them a lot.
