Afternoon all,

I have been reading this site for a while but only recently registered for an account. I live in Victoria, BC, and have been smoking using a Bradley digital smoker for 4ish years. I am now looking for something bigger and better (likely a MES 40, although the gen 2.5 are super hard to find in Canada).

I look forward to learning lots here and thanks in advance for all the helps. Cheers
