Canadian Bacon help

im tired of searching the internet for recipes and then posting my results and getting better ideas from everyone at SMF. so im gonna skip that first step.

can i get a quick How To for Canadian bacon with all the secrets. i have a whole pork loin that i've been waiting to do something with.

i'm defrosting the loin now and headin out to the store to get some tender-quick.
