Wow what a fantastic meal David! I saved the jerk recipe. Thinking pork steak maybe. We had Rhubarb with about everyday at my Grand Mothers. She just cooked it up in a pan and served in a bowl.

It would be great on the pork steak for sure, as I have used it there.
And that is how Mom would make it for use as kids, we called it stewed Rhubarb, or she would also do it loike a Grunt with biscuit dough on top and baked.
