Can you hang beef back ribs in PBC?

I am thinking about cooking beef back ribs for the first time and I was wondering if they will hold up being hung from the pit barrel cooker with hooks? I don't want to find them in the coals around the 5 hour mark!
 
Beef wont fall apart in 5 hours, but if you are concerned about that, throw a couple butcher twine ties on them, life is good.
 
I've done the first part of the cook by double hooking them, maybe 4 or 5 hours.
