Recently got an Apex Pro sharpening tool. Since I have gotten I am like a kid with a new toy. Anyhow, any suggestions on how to clean this up?
Yep. When I see someone with a clean shiny knife it makes me think that they don't actually use it.
I like the old patina gives it character

I completely agree with you folks. But the truth of the matter is I have never used this blade. Have no clue as to how I got it. Has been laying in my gun safe since at least 08. Seeing as how I will be putting a fresh edge on it I want to give it a once in my lifetime polishing.....sort of it's a new knife to me kind of thing...Yep. Never-Dull. It's good stuff. If ya gotta, I guess ya gotta. But, I am with Gary, I really like a good warm patina. However, if ya gotta, you can use something in a small blue can at the hardware store. I can't remember the name, but it is a cotton type material with a cleaner built in. If I can find the name il let you know
