I have 2 loins that I am curing, one of which I am going to hang and the other I was going to smoke. Is that going to be a problem because I know normally you only cook with #1?
Yes u can smoke it I smoke mine at about 225 till I get to 150 152 Makes Canadien bacon. Look up bearcarvers step by step he has a good one on there. All his stuff is great.
