Can anybody help Identify what this originally was used as?

Anybody know what this originally was. Oven, food warmer or refrigerator? My only concern is what type of insulation it has inside and will be be safe for temps north of 350°? I have roxul at home, but not sure how big of a pain in the ass it would be to add/change the insulation? Guy wants $150 and that's cheaper than building my fridge conversion for jerky and sausage.

Guy just confirmed it was in fact a food warmer. Are these safe for higher temps or should I just keep working on my Fridge build. I thought this would be nice and cheaper than my fridge build since it already has built in racks and metal inside.....
