So, I've been having some issues with my Woodwind. At first it was the igniter, which after a good cleaning of the fire bowl has been resolved. When I cleaned that, I went through and scrubbed everything and shop vac'd it all out. Took a pad and cleaned the temp probe on the inside also.
Fires up, feeds just fine, then once it get to temp or close to it, it shuts down. Sometimes the screen is blank, but not dark, sometimes the screen stays on, sometimes I can fire it back up ( but it shuts off again), sometimes it won't fire back up. I usually have a cord ran to it, so I did away with that and plugged it directly into the outlet on the wall thinking the cord might have a weak spot in it and it is losing power, but still shuts off. Has anyone had any experience with this happening to theirs? It is keep inside 24/7/365 ever since I unboxed it and put it together.
Any input is appreciated

Different brand that what you have , but mine was doing that . Couldn't figure it out , and finally decided to replace the igniter . That fixed it , or it starting working anyway . No trouble since .
