Buyers Beware of Brinkmann Corp

Do Not Buy a Brinkmann Grill!! After spending a substantial amount of money and doing a ton of looking at and research i bought a dual fuel grill that i had to modify parts to assemble (was to far along to bring back and start over) then spending more on the offset smoker box for it that i had to wait 2 months for because it was back ordered even though it was advertised on the grill box the smoker box came missing a handle (again found this after was on the grill) called the 800 number had to wait over 24 hours for return call to have the guy say "email the info and we can look into it" with the amount of money spent on this grill one would think customer service would be helpful but guess they have the "ha ha got you" mentality. Worst customer service next to sprint ever. Do not buy one of their grills. I had a bad gut feeling from the begining and prob should have just returned it. But live and learn i guess.

The supervisor basically told me me that if the claim wasnt approved i could buy a handle like every other customer.... Yeah thanks guy ill make one before i give your company another nickle...
This is it, had to drill and tap a few of the upoer lids mounting holes, and the smoker box is missing a handle. Nothing major, one would just think for the price they charge they would be a bit more accommodating.
