Well rounded up a pork butt at 10#'s @1.29 a lb....

Brought it to about 50 degrees prior to injecting, the injection juice really soaked into the meat, I've done this when the butt was right out of the frig, & everything leaches out.

Allow to rest 20 mins, the did the mustard trick & rub..

Next it's off to my mini uds with a Q pro modification, still looking for a perfect fit lid, hokey tin foil color.. It's garage sale season hope to score a 18.5 in lid soon. Lol

That uds holds steady as she goes. No refueling. Didn't touch a thing for 6 hours. At the 7th hour, temp was about 200. Hit it with a spritz , checked my fuel, using lump, briquette and pecan wood blend!
