Injected and brined a pork butt with Pop's brine for a week. Smoked on WSM for 7.5 hours. Came out very good. Did some squash with it.

Canned my mustang grape jelly with enough juice for another batch.

This ham getting better every day. Will never buy another ham. Pick these pork butts for ,88 cents lb all the time. I would encourage everyone to try this!

Curious where you're getting pork shoulders for 88 cents all the time?

I use Pops Brine a LOT and have made several pulled hams, but based on advice from Pops himself, I've always gone 2 weeks on mine.
 
Albertson. Fairly often. Have to buy 2 pack most times. I inject and been coming out good in a week. Took left overs to Brewery today. Everyone wanted recipe.

I was doing 1 a month coming into 2019 . Last one I did was back I March , so I'm due . Take one to 205 like PP and shred it up . Makes a great sandwich .
