It's been a very busy weekend with the smokers. Saterday started off with 10# of jerky going in my electric smoker and 10 whole chix legs and 2 breasts going in my baby brink. Today I have 4 racks of baby backs going in the electric with apple smoke. Should be a great week of packed lunches, everybody in the lunch room will be droolin.
