Nice! Gotta love a great burrito! What kind of tortilla did you use? Fresh or shelf stable? Since moving to east coast we can’t find fresh tortillas and I find those do make a huge difference. You inspired me for homemade burritos this week though. My Sombrero off to you Sir.

that’s what we use right now, they work well, but if you can find some uncooked ones that you keep in the fridge it’s next level. Digging your Burrito, not intending to sound like a drag! Thank you for sharing!
