Burgers and Fries

Last night we had a basic fav. Burgers and fries. Hard to beat this after a hard week.

Burgers were;

• home ground chuck
• Cheddar Jack cheese
• Bacon
• Grilled red onion slices
• Blue cheese mustard & mayo.

Fries;

• Home cut Idaho russet
• fried in oil
• salted

That's a nice looking burger, cooked perfectly to my liking. My wife does the same thing with her ketchup and mayo
