I wasn't sure where to post this - but it has pork sausage...

My wife, a career teacher (now retired), with summers off, used to play Bunco with her girlfriends in summer break. She would make what she called "Bunco Dip" for an appetizer. When I would come home from work it would smell good, but was always all-gone. One day she made some for a holiday get-together.

Damn woman! You were holding out on me! So good!

Super easy recipe:
1 pound pork sausage (I prefer hot sausage), fried, chopped up, drained
2 packages cream cheese
1 can Rotel
1 tsp garlic powder

Blend all in skillet on low to medium heat until well mixed.
Serve warm, with Fritos

Hint - make it a little early so the flavor can meld together...
We love cooking with cast iron too.

Well seasoned cast iron is truly non-stick!

Skillet is rinsed out and lightly oiled, ready for next cook.

Dang Unk! A bagful of scoops and I could make that disappear. Like Steve H Steve H I've always done it with velveeta. Now I'm gonna try it with the cream cheese.
