Making a small batch this time 1 pot. My larger recipe was for 70qts.

Used this recipe which is pretty close to my larger one.

Used 5T of the ghee i made.

Onion and garlic.

Veggies.

Pulled pork and chicken

I used a southern style vinegar based bbq sauce instead of the normal SBR

Cool and fridge, will be better tomorrow.

i love stews, i make em n freeze a lot. never have a recipe per se, i look at some recipes and just ad what i have be it pork beef chicken sausage n make. thats the way brunswick stews are
