Been wanting to make the Brunswick stew recipe i posted while back.

Use some of the WSM PP from yesterday.

Here is my starters for the sauce.

Ketchup, mustard, butter, vinegar.

Combine on low heat until smooth.

Next add the following.

Hot sauce, course ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, liquid smoke, worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice.

Blend until smooth (do not boil)

Add 1/4 cup dark brown sugar.

Blend the sugar in and set the sauce aside.

Now dice 1 onion and the potatoes (i used diced canned cuz im to lazy)

Melt 1 stick butter and add onions and potatoes.

Get the PP and Chicken ready.

Add the meat to the stock pot with 2 can of chicken broth (or from your chicken you cooked)

Bring to a small boil.

Add the peas

Add the tomatoes.

Add the sauce. Mix

Add lima beans

Finally add the cream corn. Mix this well and simmer for 2 hours. You can adjust to your taste.

Ready for the simmer on low heat.
