This was done a while ago.. <I saved up the pics> .. Its a brisket .. and it's in the right forum .. <adjusting glasses> small one of 4 lbs and cooked for 8 hours at 225deg. Just used salt, garlic granuals, pepper and onion powder .. again spritz with apple juice .. I didn't have time to wrap it and let it rest .. but was good just the same ... it was juicey as I was cutting it and had the company came later it would have been wrapped .. next time they can have cereal and wait for it .. lol is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
