I was originally going to build one. Then after figuring costs, time, and life getting extra busy. I deciding that buying was the better option. Once I found out that black warrior was less than a half of a mile down the road, I knew this was the correct option. I chose this model because of the oven, it has an option smoke door to it. Anyways Im curious what others might think about this piece. Open to pros and cons

I think it looks awesome! I have a BelFab that looks a lot like your new one. I love it and you can never have too much cooking space! The warmer box is a must addition. I have a bunch of hotel pans that are used constantly in that warmer box. I ended up making a wood lid for the wood cage to keep snow and rain off. If you don’t have a big weed burner I recommend getting one to help get the cooker up to temp, there’s a lot of metal! You’re going to love it, I use mine for big church picnics, cubs scouts, a couple competitions, feeding friends, and even just for the family!

You won’t regret it, congrats on a great new toy!!!!!!!!

Basically a propane torch with a long handle that doesn't focus the flame.

Oh ok that’s a great idea. I’ve been trying to come up with a mounted propane lighting mechanism to accomplish the same thing as the grass torch. Especially since I have a propane tank holder already on the smoker

I’d say it’s a must have for a rig like that! It helps get the temp up quick and dry out after a wash. It’s also a blast! Who doesn’t like shooting a 3 foot flame out of a hose!!!
