Since it's impossible to contact Masterbuilt/Smoke Hollow I thought this might be a good place to ask a question.
My Smoke Tronix internal temp reading is stuck on 32° so no matter what I set as a temp it just keeps heating because it thinks it's still cold. I can use the meat probe to tell me when something is done but with no heat control I simply have an outdoor oven with Smoke. I've changed the high temp limiter and the circuit board on the bottom but that didn't help.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've tried 4 phone numbers, 2 emails, and their website but apparently customer service isn't in their vocabulary.

The best way (the one that works for me just fine) is to go the the home page and click on "support" at the top right, then fill out the form and ask your questions or list your problem/s.
They have responded to my contact requests within two days and have done so several times in the last two years.

I've tried that several times and maybe it works for a MB smoker but it doesn't work for a Smoke Hollow.

Finally got ahold of them and they told me to throw out a $500 smoker and buy a new one. Wanna guess what brand it WON'T be?
