Kroger had brisket flats for 2.79. Put 2 in the freezer and one in the camp chef. Slathered with A1 the rubbed with accent,Tony C’s, and Montreal steak season.smoked at 240 til 165 then put in alum pan with a can of coke, covered till 203 when it probed tender.served with my spin of Dutch’s beans. Not too shabby.

That brisket looks delicious, i'd pony up to the table for some of that tasty meat for sure.
