Going to hit 40 here in Michigan today! with it being the super bowl figured I'd get a brisket going. Pit boss xl with the amnps. Set it for 250 with temps swinging 230-275. Will wrap with butcher paper after 5 hours.

Just pulled off after 5 hr. Got it wrapped and back on. Wind is brutal. Tough temp swings. Was at 155.

Had family coming over so had to bump the heat to 300 and only rest for an hr. Point was amazing and the flat a tad dry. Still pretty good.
